Electric vehicle chargers play a key role in ensuring the safety and reliability of the charging process. Allegro compact current sensors help minimize heat generation during the charging process.
Our solution
The i.MX 93 application processor is the core, providing high-performance computing capabilities, supporting complex applications and real-time data processing, and can run the Linux operating system. The LPC55 MCU series microcontroller is responsible for the control and communication functions of the charging pile, ensuring the reliability of the charging process. At the same time, the EdgeLock SE05x security element provides strong security for the charging pile, supports end-to-end encryption and identity authentication, complies with industry standards such as ISO 15118, and protects user data and transaction security. The CLRC663 NFC front end supports NFC-based user authentication to enhance the user interaction experience, while the IW620 dual-band wireless solution integrates Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions, enabling the charging pile to communicate efficiently with mobile devices and the cloud, and supports remote management and monitoring.
